Having an excessive number of banned accounts in a very short timeframe. Running a web bot/spider that downloaded a very large number of pages - more than could possibly justified as "personal use". Automated spam (advertising) or intrustion attempts (hacking). Your current IP address has been blocked due to bad behavior, which generally means one of the following: It's difficult to see game freeze in a sentence. 
Within hours of the game's release on October 19, 2010, players of " Fallout : New Vegas " began reporting a variety of technical issues ( saved games becoming corrupted, the game freezing, players becoming stuck within the terrain, and random NPCs appearing behind the player, initiating combat out of context )." He was also highly critical of the enemy AI and the melee combat. Several times I've run up to a Creeper and had the game freeze for a moment from either the sound of the Creeper starting to hiss, or me attacking the Creeper, or both. Definitely better than blowing a lot on upgrades only to have your game freeze up on you. It is difficult to leave sunny and warm San Diego for cold and snowy Buffalo without having your game freeze in the process.
